Drew sent this to me via email the day my divorce was final and it stuck with me ever since. I've been trying to live my life by this and today it means more than ever.

Drew was killed instantly when he "lost control" of the car he was driving around 4am this morning. It is still so surreal and I'm having trouble wrapping my head around "the concept."

"The Concept" is that I will never hear from or see this person ever again. I have never experienced the sudden loss of someone my age that I'm close to. There will be no more texts/emails about Family Guy, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Stephanie and Chris drama, hockey, SpongeBob, Jagerbombs, snowboarding, Miller Lite being swill, etc. Never again. Never.

These are the kinds of things that make you re-think your priorities in life. People, not things, are the most important and telling the people you love that you love them EVERY chance you get. So....I love you guys!

Rest in peace Andrew Ness. You will be missed......
